How much do I have to order with Dippin' Flavors to meet your minimum?
We have a minimum order of $100. Usually it can be met by ordering a combination of three or more products, since our product vary in price depending on the size of the container and the type of product.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Dippin' Flavors, we offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience.
Any Major Credit Card - a memo billing will be sent to you for your records and the amount due will be charged to your credit card. Rest assured no one will have access to your credit card information. At Dippin' Flavors, we take security precautions to keep you safe.
Net 10 Day Financing - Achieved by completing a credit application and submitting it for approval. This process usually takes about 3 weeks.
Electronic Check - A memo billing will be sent to you for your records and the amount due will be withdrawn directly from your account. Once again you can rest assured no one will have access to you banking information. At Dippin' Flavors, we take security precautions to keep you safe.
Advance Check - When you place your order we tell you the invoice total and you can mail a check to us the same day. Your shipment is sent upon receipt of your check.
What freight carriers do you use?
For shipments up to 450 lbs, we use FedEx. For shipments over 450 lbs, we use a variety of LTL truck lines. Our warehouse manager does an outstanding job choosing carriers that will get product to you quickly, safely and economically.
How much will the freight charges be?
All orders over 200 lbs have a delivered price so there are no extra freight charges (with the exception of dry ice when needed). Any order under 200 lbs, simply add 10 cents per pounds for the minimum freight surcharge. (i.e. 100 lbs = $10.00 freight charge)
When will my products ship?
The products we keep in stock are usually processed for shipping within 48 hours. There are exceptions: dry ice items (dry ice is used in the summer to prevent your chocolate items from melting) are only shipped on Monday's and Tuesdays to insure delivery before the weekend. Also, special order products (those not kept in regular stock) require a three-week lead time to be manufactured. We recommend you not let your stock fall below what would hold you for four weeks.
